Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual-property rights and review sufficiently detailed notices alleging that material available through this website infringes copyright. This page describes the information needed to locate the material, understand the claimed work, and contact the relevant parties.
Before sending a notice, consider whether the use may be licensed, authorized, in the public domain, or permitted by an exception such as fair use or fair dealing. This policy is procedural information and is not legal advice.
What a Copyright Notice Must Include
- Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are covered.
- The exact website URL and enough detail to locate the material you want removed or disabled.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
How to Submit a Notice
Prepare the complete notice
Include every element listed above and identify the original copyrighted work.
Send it by email
Email the notice to dmca@alightmotionapkfree.com with the subject “Copyright Notice.”
Preserve delivery records
Keep a copy of the notice and any automatic or manual response.
Allow a reasonable review
We may request clarification, remove or disable material, forward the notice, or decline an incomplete request.
Counter-Notification
A person whose material was removed because of a copyright notice may submit a counter-notification where the law permits. It should identify the removed material and its former location, include contact information and a signature, and contain the legally required good-faith and jurisdiction statements.
A valid counter-notice may be forwarded to the original claimant. Material may be restored after the applicable waiting period unless the claimant reports that a court action has been filed.
Repeat Infringement and Misrepresentation
Where applicable, we may restrict contributors or sources associated with repeated, substantiated infringement. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.
For trademark, privacy, impersonation, or other non-copyright concerns, use the general contact page and clearly identify the type of request.
